  • The email address on your SportsyTales account
  • The name of the book (the title in your Library) or your order details, if you have them
  • A clear description of the issue — and for a print quality problem, a photo of the defect (see Returns and Quality)
  • For a preview or cover that seems stuck, the book name and roughly when you generated it
