2. Use of the Service
SportsyTales provides an AI-powered platform for generating personalized sports storybooks. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
3. User Accounts
To create and save books, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payments and Refunds
Book purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Digital downloads are delivered immediately upon payment. Printed books are fulfilled through our print partner. Due to the personalized nature of each book, all sales are final. If you experience a quality issue with a printed book, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
The content generated for your book is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated content without prior written permission from SportsyTales. The SportsyTales platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our exclusive property.
6. User Content
Any personal information, photos, or other content you provide to generate your book remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your book and fulfilling your order.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet all expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportsyTales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
