Shipping & Delivery

Digital PDF books ($9.99) are delivered instantly once your book has been generated. Download yours from your Library after checkout. Nothing is shipped, so the PDF carries no shipping time and no shipping charge.

Printed books are made to order by our print partner, just for the person in the story. Paperback ($39.99) ships in 5–7 business days. Standard shipping is free. Please allow the full shipping window before contacting us about a book that has not arrived, and make sure the shipping address at checkout is complete and correct — a personalized book cannot be redirected to a different person.

Follow your order in My Library. Every order moves through the same stages: Order Placed, Book Generating, Printing, Shipped, Delivered.
